we offer a full service package, this includes:
• Access to automated online request system.
• Manufacture of all board types, overlaying slips and plaques.
• Ground fixing.
• Post.
• Board fixings.
• Board erection at location.
• Visit to change board from ‘For Sale’ to ‘Sold’ – ‘To Let’ to ‘Let’.
• Maintenance of board whilst erected*.
• Collection of board once sale is complete.
• Storage of the boards between use.
• Stock control.
• Quality control and replacement of board when required.
Half Service
For agents who already have their own boards but need rental of a post and fixings etc,
we offer a half service, this includes:
• Access to automated online request system.
• Ground fixing.
• Post.
• Board fixings.
• Board erection at location.
• Visit to change board from ‘For Sale’ to ‘Sold’ – ‘To Let’ to ‘Let’.
• Maintenance of board whilst erected*.
• Collection of board once sale is complete.
• Storage of the boards between use.
• Stock control.
• Quality control and ordering of additional boards when required.
Labour Only
For agents who provide their own board, posts and fixings etc, we offer a labour only service, this includes:
• Access to automated online request system.
• Board erection.
• Visit to change board from ‘For Sale’ to ‘Sold’ – ‘To Let’ to ‘Let’.
• Maintenance of board whilst erected*.
• Collection of board once sale is complete.
• Storage of boards between use.
• Stock control.
• Quality control and ordering of additional boards, posts and fixings etc when required.
Window Board Service
For agents who are looking to put the sign board in a window, we offer a board service that includes:
• Supply of board (Delivery to agent).
• Suction pads.
Our Guarantee To You
• All posts will be painted before use ensuring the look is kept like new.
• All jobs to be completed within a 24 working hour period (with the exception of bespoke orders).
• Our service includes for 1 ‘sale fall through’ with no charge for return visit to change slip.
• On price, on time and to your exact specifications.
Maintenance Includes
• Re-visit to straighten/secure post due to storm or inclement weather disruption.
• Re-position post due to customer preference (within the property parameters).
Additional Costs
• Full replacement sign board due to vandalism or theft.
• Replacement of board only (under full-service agreement).
• Replacement of board only (under half-service agreement – customer supplied board).
• Change board back to For Sale/To Let after one fall-through.
• Plaques – Small, Medium or Large.
